Booking Policies 

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.
   

• Time Zone: All appointment times are listed in Eastern Time (Boston, Massachusetts).
   

• Appointment Timing: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than five minutes late for your session, whether in person or online, your appointment may need to be rescheduled based on availability.
   

• Location & Accessibility: Lori Sheridan’s office, Hope Ethereal, is located in Grove Street Crossing shopping plaza (Norwell, MA). The studio is on the second floor and is handicap accessible with a chairlift. Please notify Lori in advance if assistance is required.
  
  Readings are available in person at Hope Ethereal or online via Zoom.
